What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?
The estimated delivery time is our delivery time forecast. It is displayed on the product page and is also calculated in the shopping cart. We follow a simple equation:
estimated processing + estimated shipping = estimated delivery
Average processing time is 2 to 6 business days.
Please remember that the estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee.
How can I track my order?
When your order is ready to go, we deliver it to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click this number to see the latest updates on your shipment's location via our tracking page.
Or you can go to our website, log in and access the order area to check the status of your order and shipping, ok?
Will I receive my order all together or separately?
If your order has more than one piece, you may receive it separately, especially if they are products of different models. In this case, you will receive two separate emails with shipping codes.
What happens if my order is lost in the mail/courier?
For packages lost in transit, any requests or claims must be submitted within 25 days of the estimated delivery date. But do not worry! We cover the costs of the product and re-shipping for you.
Before that, we may ask for your help to confirm that the shipping address was correct. It would also be a good idea to check directly with the carrier to try to track your order.
Are my products shipped sustainably?
About 81% of orders are shipped within the same region as they are processed. Having our partners' processing centers close to our customers is good for business and the planet.
Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and also help reduce CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
Is Grimmer available in all countries?
ALMOST ALL! We do not ship to some countries due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. As per list below.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on global events, but for now, we do not ship to the following destinations:
* Crimea, Lugansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
* Russia
* Belarus
* Ecuador
* Cuba
* Iran
* Syria
* North Korea
However, some T-shirt models are restricted for sale in specific regions. Choose your country at the top of the site to find out which products are available in your location.
Will my order have import or customs fees?
Yes, it is possible. Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country and the product chosen. The fee may vary depending on the value of your order, country limits and other factors.
We currently have partnerships with processing centers in the following locations:
- USA
- Canada
- Mexico
- Latvia
- Spain
- Brazil
- Japan
- Australia
However, in the absence of a product in one of the processing centers, it may be sent from another center and in these cases import fees may be applicable and charged directly by the country's authorities.
Where are my products shipped from?
Most products are shipped within the same region in which they are processed. Having our partners' processing centers close to our customers is good for business and the planet.
Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and also help reduce CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
If I give up on the product, can I return it?
We do not accept product returns due to regret. This happens because we work with the on-demand system. In other words, your piece is produced for you, according to the chosen design, size, color and model.
However, if your piece arrives with a defect or if your claims are considered an error on our part, don't worry, in these cases we will take care of resending the product or refunding you. In this case, write an email to support@grimmerlab.com and send us photos.

What is the deadline to submit a return request for damaged items?
Any orders relating to damaged, defective or misprinted items must be submitted within 25 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all requests must be submitted within 25 days of the estimated delivery date.
