Refund policy
Any complaints about badly printed/damaged/defective items must be sent within 25 days of receipt of the product. For parcels lost in transit, all requests must be sent or delayed 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Indications considered as an error on our part are covered by us.

Before returning any product, send a message to us.
IMPORTANT: We do not refund orders due to buyer's regret, this is because of our ON-DEMAND production system.* We also do not carry out exchanges.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the post office, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase should contact our support at support@grimmerlab.com and express their willingness to return the item within 7 calendar days of receiving it by providing a photo of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
